THE DARKEST HOUR (Cry of an angel) Season 2 Episode 18

The twins were personally blessed by God almighty and gave Monica a unique power to foresee the future through a dream when necessary but she was just discovering it. Unfortunate for Udoka, it started with her.
Inside the room, the twins glared at each other as Adaku and Faith walked in. They also stared at them thereby generating a suspicious tranquility.
"What is it again?" Adaku began. "Must both of you live like cat and rat always?!"
Faith gradually met Udoka because she normally prefer her to Monica but had equal love for both of them. She placed a hand on her shoulder then asked, "Is there any problem?"
"Ask Monica!" Udoka replied.
All eyes were directed to Monica who said loudly, "I'm telling this girl the reality and she's taking it for granted!"
"It's just a dream, Monica!" Udoka retorted.
"You call it dream? Fine!" Monica hurried towards the door but turned angrily. "I swear to God Udoka, if you die, I'm not gonna shed a single tear for. Mark my words!" she added then banged the door forcefully. The two girls became dumb coz they didn't understand what was going on. Adaku dramatically went closer to Udoka and said, "What dream is she talking about?"
"She said she saw me dead in her dream" Udoka replied calmly.
"Tufiakwa!"
"God forbid!" Faith added and flipped her fingers after circling it round her head. "Nothing will happen to you, it's just a dream"
"That's what I'm trying to tell her but she wouldn't listen. She wants me to quit school and travel outside the country" Udoka began to dress up.

The sun began to rise giving out it's vitamin D to those who were ready for it. As Udoka hurried to school with a taxi coz her car was with David, so as Sandra was preparing to meet David with a cooked food which she planned to put the maize seed inside. She came into the bedroom where Kate was cleaning a gun.
"What is that for?" Sandra asked her as she kept the food inside a foodflask on the bed. Without replying, Kate handed the gun to her.
"Take it!"
"Hey! I won't be the one to kill her"
"Then what's your plan?" Kate lowered the gun.
"I will hire assassins to do that. Moreover, the instruction is to kill her after David must have eaten the seed" Sandra replied.
"Don't waste time. Remember your life is at stake"
"Of course i know that" Sandra picked up the food and headed outside.

Udoka met David dressing up in his lodge. She was surprise to see only him inside the room. Without even a single greeting, she sat on the bed sadly. She could see her car key on a table beside the bed.
"Good morning" David sat beside her then placed a hand on her shoulder "You don't look bright. What's the problem?" he added.
"Nothing" Udoka replied. "How about Mike?"
"He has gone to lectures" David replied then silences chipped in. There was something bothering Udoka which David couldn't put a finger on. Before he could ask her again, Udoka looking into his eyes and said, "Do you really love me?"
"Yes"
"What will you do if i die?"
"Die? Why talking about death? Your message last night sounded similar to this. What is going on?"
"I don't want to believe what is going on. My sister said that I'm gonna die after she dreamt about it"
David smiled, "It's just a dream"
"It might be a dream but my sister's dreams are exceptional. They normally come to pass"
"Nothing will happen to you" David hugged and kissed her.
Udoka picked up her car key after staying for a while. As she went outside beside her car, she saw another car more expensive than hers. The car stopped beside hers then Sandra stepped out. She wore a heavy boot like that of soldiers. When she saw Udoka, she became shocked not because she was afraid of her but because of what Ikuku told her about her.
"Hi, Udoka" she said as she hurried into the apartment with the food. Udoka stared at her without responding to her greetings. She stepped into her car and drove out. On her way, her phone rang-that was her mother calling to tell her to come home immediately.

MRS WILLIAMS RESIDENT
Monica was already there. That explained why the mother also summoned Udoka coz she had told her about her dreams. Though the mother didn't believe the dreams but wanted to see her precious daughter, Udoka. One could see Monica sitting on the cushion without smiling. She tapped her legs abrasively in the uppermost floor of the building. Suddenly, Udoka entered and hugged her mother, yet Monica didn't say a word.
"Thank God you are okay my daughter" Mrs Williams smoothened her hair.
"Mother, she won't be okay very soon!" Monica shrieked. "Tell her to leave this country! Udoka gonna die if she doesn't leave this country. Why can't you people understand me?!" Monica stood up angrily.
"Shut up! Your sister will not die!" the mother rebuked her. Meanwhile, Udoka had started shedding tears..
