The speed in which David took his cell phone from the bed got Udoka worried. As he wanted to dial Sandra's number, the phone fell from his hand, he picked it up again but found it off. Already, Udoka had stood up to calm him down.
"What nonsense!" David flung the phone back to the bed.
"What were you trying to do?" Udoka stood before him.
"To warn Sandra of course!"
"No, no, David" Udoka held his two hands. Her voice became tender like a little baby. "Please, don't try to complicate issues. I don't want any problem with anybody. Please, let her be or probably.. let.. me be" she disengaged her hands and turned her back on him.
"What do you mean by that?" David drew closer from behind. He placed his hands on Udoka's shoulder then gently turned her around. "Please, don't say such a thing again. You know i can't live without you in my life. Remember i promised to forever be with you, you alone. Please, don't break my heart because of the hauteur by Sandra, okay?"
Udoka nodded her head positively as David touched her two cheeks and eventually began to kiss her. It became intense that both found themselves on the bed with David on top of her. Adaku, Faith and Monica met Mike and Ernest under a tree that servers as shelter. It was rush hour time; students hurried to their lodge and hostels while some troop outside the school gate. Lectures had ended for that day so everybody began to find their way home.

Faith wanted to disengaged from Mike by he didn't allow her.
"Let me go nah!"
"Please, stay with me" Mike insisted.
"Why?"
"Because that's how it should be"
"Says who?" Adaku interfered. She dramatically dragged Faith out from Mike's arms, so they laughed again.
Ernest touched Monica's hair and said, "I guess you're going home"
Monica nodded her head as she gently grabbed on of his hands.
"I want to see you tomorrow" Ernest added.
"At your lodge?" Monica asked.
"Yes"
"Okay, but you hardly visit me. Is not fair" Monica left his hand.
"But i do"
"I said hardly!"
"Alright, i will improve"
"Good" Monica smiled. She gave him a perk and followed her friends into the car then drove home.
Ernest looked at Mike with a smile. He saw how he was staring at Faith.
"Guy, why can't you get that girl? Or do you want the other one?"
"Which girl and which other one" Mike queried.
"I mean Faith. Or do you want Adaku?"
"Guy, forget that thing. You know I'm a player. I can't stick to any of them in the name of love unlike you and David" Mike bounced forward.
"Chai!" Ernest exclaimed piteously. "Better change oh" he followed him.
